In this role, you will combine your Service. Now expertise with risk-management know-how and become a key expert for implementing risk processes on the platform. What to do: Own and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of risk-management processes in Service. Now. Become a recognised subject-matter expert for risk capabilities on the Service.

Now platform, with a particular focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM). Work closely with risk specialists, business stakeholders and the Service. Now platform team to understand requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions and user stories. Use your broad knowledge of Service.

Now capabilities to identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and a better user experience. Contribute to risk solution design, configuration and delivery while ensuring that implementations fit the wider platform architecture and roadmap. Act as a trusted advisor for IRM/GRC, guiding business stakeholders toward Service.

Now best practices and scalable solutions. Work in an agile, self-driven environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous learning are part of everyday work. You check these boxes: At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience with the Service. Now platform. Service. Now CSA or other certifications are highly valued.

Broad knowledge of Service. Now capabilities and a strong understanding of how enterprise processes can be implemented on the platform. Knowledge of Service. Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM). Experience with risk-management processes, even outside Service. Now, is a major advantage.

Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or the public sector is a strong advantage Ability to engage with stakeholders, analyse requirements and turn business needs into clear Service. Now solutions and stories. An independent, structured way of working combined with a strong team mindset. Good English communication skills in an international working environment.
