Community Memorial Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital committed to providing excellent care to our community, is offering a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Urgent Care in Cazenovia that provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of the Physician or Advanced Practice Practitioner.
The LPN functions as part of the Family Health Centers of Community Memorial Hospital integrated health care team under the supervision of the Practice Manager.
