Chief Student Services Officer

The Associate Vice President of Student Services (AVPSS) serves as the College’s Chief Student Services Officer (CSSO) and provides strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive, data-informed student services across the institution. The CSSO is responsible for advancing the College’s metric-driven institutional plans by developing and monitoring performance indicators that measure progress toward enrollment, engagement, retention, and completion goals.
