We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Production Electrician who enjoys troubleshooting electrical systems, working with automation and controls, and solving complex equipment challenges in a modern manufacturing environment. What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Production Electrician, you'll play a critical role in supporting our production operations by: Troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems and production equipment Diagnosing electrical, controls, and automation issues to minimize downtime Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment Working with PLC-controlled systems, motor controls, sensors, drives, and instrumentation Installing, maintaining, and improving electrical systems from 24V to 480V Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Maintaining facility electrical infrastructure and support systems Collaborating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable electrical codes and company standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience Preferred Qualifications Trade school certification in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field Associate degree in a technical discipline Technical Skills Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical systems Experience working with 24V, 120V, 240V, and 480V systems Knowledge of PLC systems , including Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley (Rockwell) Experience with: Motor controls VFDs and starters Control panels Sensors and instrumentation Electrical distribution systems Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical drawings Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP Why Electricians Choose Zentis ✅ Hands-on work with industrial automation and advanced manufacturing equipment ✅ Opportunities to troubleshoot complex electrical and controls systems ✅ Stable, year-round manufacturing environment ✅ Collaborative maintenance team focused on safety and reliability ✅ Competitive benefits package and long-term career opportunities Physical Requirements Work in manufacturing environments that may be hot, cold, or humid Occasionally work in confined or difficult-to-access areas Lift parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Work at heights up to 30 feet when necessary Schedule 2-2-3 Swing Shift 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM This schedule provides built-in overtime opportunities while also offering multiple days off throughout the month.
