Maintenance Supervisor - Hanover RiNo

We invite all interested Hanover employees to apply for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Hanover RiNo in Denver, CO. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years of Property and/or Facilities Management experience. Currently in a Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Maintenance Supervisor position with Hanover. Ability to perform and oversee repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and work orders. Proficient in using maintenance tools, equipment, and technology. Previous experience working on a mid-rise, stabilized property is preferred. Ability to manage maintenance supply inventory and order materials as needed. Complete service requests, make readies, and inspections in a timely manner.

Familiarity with OSHA standards, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and amenities. EPA and CPO certifications are required.
