Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Make a Difference Every Day! Join Living Well Disability Services as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)! As a DSP, you'll support people with disabilities in living fulfilling, independent lives.

No prior caregiving experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

Assist with daily activities such as eating, brushing teeth, and showering. Create Meaningful Experiences: Support individuals in enjoying activities like going for walks, getting coffee, attending movies, and sporting events. Create a Welcoming Home: Prepare nutritious meals, maintain a clean home, and provide a positive and supportive environment.

Build Relationships: Encourage independence, meaningful relationships, and community involvement. Document Services: Use a computer-based system to document daily services and supports.

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study. Must meet Living Well's driver eligibility requirements. Comfortable using a computer for documentation, email, and time reporting. Compassionate, dependable, and interested in supporting people with disabilities.

Dakota: Eagan, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, West St. Paul, Hastings, Rosemount. Ramsey: Maplewood, Little Canada. Isanti: Cambridge. Sherburne: Big Lake. Wright: Buffalo, Albertville.

Our recruiting team will work with you to find a location and schedule that fits your needs! Schedule & Benefits Living Well provides 24-hour services, seven days a week, with a variety of full-time and part-time schedules available. Most positions include a combination of weekday and weekend hours.
