What You'll Do

Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs. Administer Medications: Support individuals with their medication needs. Create Meaningful Experiences: Help individuals participate in activities they enjoy and stay connected to their communities. Document Services: Maintain accurate documentation using our electronic records system.

Create a Welcoming Home: Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a comfortable living environment.

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license. Valid CNA certification and good standing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Ability to pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study. Comfortable using computers and smart technology. Leadership and scheduling experience preferred. Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.

Where Will You Work? We are hiring throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding communities! Hennepin: Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Edina, Maple Grove, Crystal, Plymouth, Long Lake, Golden Valley, Richfield. Dakota: Eagan, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota Heights, West St. Paul, Hastings, Rosemount.

Ramsey: Maplewood, Little Canada. Isanti: Cambridge. Sherburne: Big Lake. Wright: Buffalo, Albertville. Our recruiting team will work with you to find a location and schedule that fits your needs! Schedule & Benefits Living Well provides 24-hour services, seven days a week, with a variety of full-time and part-time schedules available.

Most positions include a combination of weekday and weekend hours.
