Job Summary

Education Specialist – TK–3 Position:Education Specialist, TK–3School Environment:Montessori-Inspired, Early Childhood & Lower ElementarySchedule:Full-Time ### Position Overview We are seeking a thoughtful, experienced, and collaborativeEducation Specialistto support students and teachers across our**Transitional Kindergarten through 3rd grade (TK–3)**program.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of child development, inclusive educational practices, and differentiated instruction, along with experience working within aMontessori environment or Montessori-informed setting. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting the whole child and creating learning environments where students with a range of learning profiles can thrive.

Experience supporting students across early childhood and elementary grades is highly valued. Working with students who have learning disabilities and other learning or developmental differences can be deeply rewarding, but it can also involveinherent emotional and professional stress. Students may experience frustration, academic setbacks, behavioral challenges, or uneven progress, and supporting them effectively requires patience, resilience, flexibility, and strong professional boundaries.

The successful candidate should be comfortable navigating these challenges while maintaining a calm, positive, and compassionate approach.Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those who can support communication and collaboration with students and families in Spanish and English.

*Candidates must have experience co-teaching in a full inclusion educational setting.
