HR Advisor

We’re looking for a practical, organised and approachable HR professional to join our People team at Sharpsmart. This is a hands-on role combining first-line employee relations support with HR and Talent administration. You’ll support managers with first-stage grievance, disciplinary and attendance matters, while helping keep our people processes running smoothly.

This role will be based from Spennymoor minimum 3 days per week with option to work 2 days from home office.
