Retail Sales Associate - NY Flagship Store

We are looking for passionate creators, tech enthusiasts, and storytellers to join our opening team. As a Sales Associate at the first Insta360 flagship store in the US, you are the face of Insta360. You will guide customers through our innovative ecosystem, demostrate the use of a variety of camera products, and help them understand how Insta360 products can transform their content creation process.

What you'll do

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner

• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all product categories

• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges

• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development

• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining a pristine, tech-forward store environment

• Utilize Insta360 cameras to capture UGC content in-store or around the area for our social media channels

• High school diploma or above. 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Basic knowledge about action cameras, vlogging cameras, and other camera products. Ability to answer technical questions about resolutions, focal lengths, and editing softwares.

• Comfortable approaching strangers in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

• Familiarity with viral social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Valid work authorization in North America

• Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese, etc.) are a plus
