Camp Program Coordinator
Job description
The CMP Program Coordinator supports the safe, inclusive, and consistent delivery of camping and outdoor education programs for campers and participants of all ages. The position coordinates program spaces and schedules, supervises and mentors seasonal program staff, and supports program development, staff training, equipment readiness, and special events.
The role contributes to program quality and safety by maintaining YMCA Camping Quality Recommended Practices and Ontario Camping Standards and working collaboratively with year-round and seasonal staff.
