On-call subsitute

We're looking for a caring, dependable person to join us on an as-needed basis here at Steps to Hope Academy. I The right person will be patient, attentive, and comfortable caring for infants and young children. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and can work independently or with the team when providing substitute coverage.

Reliability, good communication, sound judgment, and a calm, kind approach to guiding children are essential. Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Obtain the required background clearance
• Be willing to learn and follow our routines, safety procedures, and licensing requirements. This is an occasional, on-call position, so flexibility during our weekday hours of 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. is helpful.
