Technical Services Manager

The Technical Services Manager provides technical expertise and ensures compliance across building operations integrity, environmental health and safety, regulatory requirements, risk management, and operational excellence. The role promotes proactive maintenance, innovative technologies, and data-driven performance management to enhance operational effectiveness and reliability.

Partnering closely with Property Management, Sustainability, Construction Services, and Asset Management to develop a strategic roadmap of capital projects and improvements that address critical needs and maximize long-term asset value.
