Senior Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for four different residential properties located throughout the Burlington/Hamilton/Kitchener areas, with a goal of creating a high level experience of customers. The manager will oversee all aspects of residential property maintenance, including building systems, preventive and emergency repairs, staff supervision, contractor coordination, and budget management, while ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

The will maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, support resident satisfaction and timely suite turnovers, and promote sustainable practices that reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
