Inventory Planner

Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels, plan replenishment, and minimize obsolete stock Work closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely supply and reduce stockouts Raise and oversee Purchase Requisitions (PR), monitor orders and work with the warehouse team to optimize storage and allocation Maintain inventory records and analyze data trends for better planning Support improvements in inventory control and supply chain processes Requirements Diploma in any discipline; background or experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering is an advantage Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in data analysis and visualization using Excel and Power BI, or similar tools Familiarity with ERP systems such as Maximo or Oracle will be an added advantage Good communication to engage with internal customers and cross-department teams
