Independently handling legal issues relating to national and international contract law Independently supporting, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and monitoring contracts in German and English Providing legal advice to business units on contract law matters Supporting the sales team in drafting quotations, taking legal aspects into account Supporting, negotiating and providing legal oversight of procurement contracts, as well as ensuring that project-specific client requirements are met in relationships with subcontractors Legal assessment and handling of export-related matters
