Compensation

& Performance Pay: $27.00 – $50.00 per hour. Progressive pay plan — you are rewarded for performance. Monthly and weekly bonus opportunities. Top pay for top talent. Your hard work matters here — and it shows in your paycheck. Work-Life Balance & Shop Environment: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. One-hour lunch every day.

What We’re Looking For: A-Level or strong B-Level technician. Maine State Inspection License (A & E preferred). Strong diagnostic and computer skills. ASE Certifications (preferred or be willing to acquire). Valid driver’s license (clean, no major violations). Positive, team-oriented attitude. Pride in quality workmanship.
