Loan Ops - Collateral Specialist II

The Loan Operations Collateral Specialist II is responsible for supporting lien perfection and collateral documentation accuracy for commercial and consumer loan files, with a primary focus on real property title work, recorded real estate documents, UCC filings, continuations, amendments, terminations, and collateral releases.

This position coordinates with title companies, county recording offices, UCC vendors, internal loan teams, and outside parties to confirm that the Bank’s lien position is properly documented, perfected, tracked, and released in accordance with loan approvals, closing instructions, internal policy, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
