Full-Time Barista

Full-Time Barista Location: Arlington, VA 22203 Job Description We are seeking a friendly and energetic Full-Time Barista to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences. Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and seating areas.

Handle cash register transactions accurately and responsibly. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and products. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
