Part-Time Barista

Part-Time Barista Location: Arlington, VA 22203 Job Description We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Barista to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
