Equipment Operator

Operate loaders, excavators, rock trucks, and other equipment; perform daily checks and routine maintenance. Feed the crusher and handle material tasks including loading, hauling, stockpiling, hammering, pulverizing, and maintaining roadways and blast areas. Monitor material levels to maintain consistent feed and efficient crushing operations; record production and downtime.

Report required repairs promptly and support general maintenance and plant tasks as needed. Work safely and ensure compliance with all company, environmental, and regulatory requirements (MSHA, OSHA, EGLE). Coordinate activities with other operators; communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Maintain clean equipment cabs and contribute to overall site housekeeping each shift.

Work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment; assist in other plant and quarry duties as assigned.
