Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-oriented and analytically strong Associate Manager – Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention initiatives across Selsmart and Metal. Mandi. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and data-led decision-making.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, can think strategically, and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Digital Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Web & App campaigns) across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels, familiar with MMPs like appsflyer, branch, firebase Manage and scale Retention Marketing initiatives including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, App push and re-engagement campaigns Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals Analytics & Business Understanding Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing efficiency Apply strong business acumen to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth objectives Strategy & Execution Support marketing strategy development for D2C & B2B initiatives and brand-led campaigns Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure Identify new growth channels, tools, and marketing innovations Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, tech, and operations Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders Key Requirements Education & Background MBA in Marketing / Business Management from a reputed institute Strong academic and professional background Experience 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience , preferably with B2C companies Proven experience in managing performance marketing and retention channels.
