Assistant Controller

We are seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Controller to lead the financial strategy, governance, and operations for our property management business. The Controller is part of our Executive team and will focus on both client financial needs as well as corporate oversight and governess. The Controllers will operate with other Operating Companies CFO’s and Controllers on both a North American and global initiatives.

The Controller will also serve as the financial representative to client Board of Directors and will work on behalf of the company and clients as the liaison to banks, clients, and accounting software vendors. The Controller is expected to ensure that operations are GAAP compliant and works under the overarching guidance of the North American CFO.
