Compensation

& Benefits Pay Range: $22- $45 per hour The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Key responsibilities include

Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism Deliver reliable, high-quality service to customers What We’re Looking For 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills Experience installing and servicing HVAC systems and related equipment EPA or CFC Certification required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and documentation skills Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required Skills That Set You Apart Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach Commitment to safety and proper use of tools and equipment Ability to deliver high-quality and consistent workmanship Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to adapt and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Work Environment and Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role in a commercial setting.
