About the Position

HoneyCar is seeking an Experienced Automotive Salespersonto join our team. You will work with incoming leads and showroom customers to help them find the right vehicle while deliveringThe Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™ experience.

You'll guide customers through the entire buying process using modern communication tools, including phone, text, video, and digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, motivated sales professional who wants to maximize their income in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.

Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process.

Demonstrate vehicles and highlight features that match customer needs.

Maintain consistent follow-up to convert prospects into sales.

Use CRM systems to track customer communication and sales progress.

Maintain strong product knowledge of current inventory and market trends.

Work closely with management and team members to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Provide a professional, transparent, and customer-focused sales experience.

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales experience required

Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High energy, a strong work ethic, and a competitive mindset.

Entrepreneurial and results-driven attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
