Wise Auto Group is seeking a high-performing, CRM-focused Automotive Sales Manager who knows how to build a winning sales team, maximize Profit per Vehicle Retailed (PVR), and drive dealership profitability.

We are looking for a proven leader who understands that success comes from disciplined CRM management, effective coaching, consistent follow-up, and a relentless focus on performance and gross profit.

Key Responsibilities

Maximize front-end and back-end gross profit and maintain strong PVR. Ensure consistent CRM usage, timely lead response, and disciplined follow-up. Recruit, train, motivate, and coach sales professionals. Monitor appointments, show rates, closing ratios, lead conversion, units sold, and gross profit. Manage deal structure, negotiations, and sales process execution.

Improve inventory turn and support effective vehicle merchandising and pricing. Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular coaching sessions. Promote customer satisfaction, repeat business, and a professional sales environment.

Qualifications

Previous automotive dealership sales management experience. Demonstrated success improving PVR and overall dealership profitability. Strong CRM expertise and lead management skills. Proven ability to develop, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable. Knowledge of dealership KPIs, desking, negotiations, and closing strategies.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. What Success Looks Like Increased PVR and total gross profit. Improved CRM compliance and lead conversion. Higher appointment, show, and closing ratios. A productive, accountable sales team. Strong customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Compensation

and Benefits Compensation will be based on the position's established pay plan and applicable experience. The anticipated compensation range and details of any applicable commission or incentive structure will be provided in accordance with California pay transparency requirements.
