• AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead branch operations and service excellence within the Swadesh Banking segment. This role demands a strategic and operational leader who can ensure seamless branch functioning, optimize customer service delivery, and drive operational efficiency in alignment with the bank’s objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory compliance, and customer relationship management, with a focus on enhancing branch performance and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities

:- Oversee and manage all branch operations ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies specific to AU Small Finance Bank Limited. Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes, reducing turnaround times, and minimizing errors in transaction handling and service delivery. Lead and mentor branch staff to maintain high standards of customer service, operational accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements.

Implement and monitor risk management practices to safeguard branch assets and ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including credit, compliance, and IT to resolve operational issues and enhance service offerings for the Swadesh Banking segment.

Analyze branch performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational outcomes. Manage cash flow and liquidity at the branch level, ensuring optimal cash management and reconciliation processes. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of branch operations to senior management, highlighting key operational risks and opportunities.

Drive initiatives to promote digital banking adoption and educate customers on new banking products and services tailored to the Swadesh Banking clientele. Maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community stakeholders to support branch growth and brand reputation. Skill :- Branch Operations Management Regulatory Compliance (KYC, AML) Risk Management Customer Relationship Management Cash Flow and Liquidity Management Process Optimization Team Leadership and Development Performance Analysis and Reporting Digital Banking Solutions Stakeholder Engagement Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in branch operations and service management within the financial services industry, preferably in a small finance bank or similar banking institution.
