• AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our Sales Department as a Bank Officer specializing in branch banking. This role is pivotal in driving branch-level sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities

:- Drive branch-level sales of banking products including savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and other financial services to meet and exceed targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions. Conduct thorough customer due diligence and ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.

Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth processing of loan applications, account openings, and other banking transactions. Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management to track sales progress and operational efficiency. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Stay updated with the latest banking products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information and advice to customers. Support branch audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory guidelines to mitigate operational risks. Train and mentor junior staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance requirements to enhance overall branch performance.

Participate in community outreach programs and marketing campaigns to promote the bank’s brand and expand the customer base. Skill :- Retail Banking Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) KYC and AML Compliance Loan Processing and Documentation Financial Product Knowledge Branch Operations Management Risk Management and Internal Controls Communication and Negotiation Data Analysis and Reporting Team Leadership and Training Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch banking or sales within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on retail banking.
