Job Description: We're hiring an Assistant Manager- Supply Chain to design credible, scalable supply chain solutions for prospective clients during the sales process — and then own implementation.

You will work closely with the sales team, engaging directly with SCM Heads, CEOs, and MDs to understand their warehousing, quick commerce, and last-mile challenges and translate them into solutions that Zippee can deliver. This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward.

We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone. This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Responsibilities

Experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement across operations. Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, and TQM. Identified process gaps, conducted root cause analysis, and implemented corrective actions. Developed and monitored KPIs, SOPs, process maps, and improvement frameworks.

Analyzed and optimized supply chain, warehousing, and logistics processes. Worked closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Experience in AutoCAD 2D & 3D design , including warehouse layout planning, space optimization, and process flow design.

Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech or Graduate with SCM/Project management certification. 3–5 years' experience in warehousing & supply chain management. We follow a BYOD policy- you must have your own laptop.
