We�re looking for a Records Request Specialist to help manage HOA and condominium records and keep important requests moving smoothly.

Pay rate: $25 an hour Duties: Process time-sensitive homeowner records requests in accordance with Florida Statutes Locate, organize, and manage records in docuware and SharePoint Track requests, deadlines, and follow-ups Assist with electronic and hard-copy records during new association transitions Help maintain and update records on homeowner portals What we are looking for: Are highly organized and detail-oriented Must have strong computer skills Can handle multiple requests and deadlines Enjoy solving problems and finding information Have experience with docu ware and SharePoint, HOA/condominium, or community association records a plus GRS Mgt Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance We are a Drug Free Workplace and require all applicants that are offered a position to have a pre-employment Drug Screen and Personal Background checks.
