Duties: Process background and credit checks according to application requirements and community guidelines.

Deliver exceptional customer service by phone and email to homeowners, renters, realtors, attorneys, and other clients. Scan and upload completed work products into gVault for accurate recordkeeping. Input and update client information in CINC as needed and verify records are accurate and up to date. Jump in on special projects and other duties as needed we value team players who are ready to make things happen!

Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Word Experience with CINC is a plus Minimum experience in property management a plus Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Abilities: Attention to the details Take initiative and bring a positive, professional, can-do attitude. Is flexible, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
