We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Lake Forest, Highland Park, Gurnee, and surrounding areas. This position is eligible for a $12,500 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment!
