Job Summary

Provide professional physical therapy services to the organization's clients as prescript by the physician and in compliance with the state's professional practice act for physical therapy any applicable licensure/certification requirements and the organizations policies and procedures. Execute and carryout patient's goals as specified by PT.

Provide effective treatments that help improve patients motion and mobility Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Document patient progress and care services Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license (required) 1+ years of PTA experience Knowledge of EMR systems, MS Office and comfortable working with computers and mobile devices Great interpersonal and communication skills A heart for providing the best care to our community
