Assistant Operations Manager

You will support the Operations Manager by overseeing daily bank operations and serve as a key resource for non-lending core systems, technology, and products. This role assists with implementing operational changes, including new products, technology enhancements, and procedures; provides backup for designated Operations Specialist duties; and helps ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The Assistant Operations Manager directly manages the Call Center staff and collaborates with branch, operations, technology, and other teams to resolve issues, strengthen procedures, implement improvements, and support a positive customer and employee experience.
