Mortgage Program Manager

You will be responsible for leading, developing, and continuously improving United Prairie Bank’s mortgage program to support growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for Mortgage Loan Officers, partners closely with lending, operations, compliance, marketing, and branch leadership, and ensures mortgage products, processes, and service standards align with organizational goals.

You will monitor production, pipeline activity, quality, and performance trends; supports business development efforts; and promotes consistent execution of mortgage lending practices across the organization.
