Route 24 Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Volkswagen dealership in Norwood, MA! This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who wants to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.

Your responsibilities

Assist customers with purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles in a professional, customer-focused manner. Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding service and clear, accurate information. Learn and follow the dealership's sales process to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Understand customer needs and present vehicle options and payment solutions that fit their budget.

Become a vehicle expert by knowing the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology. Work collaboratively with sales managers and dealership team members to help customers make informed buying decisions. Maintain accurate customer information and follow up with prospective and existing customers. Coordinate vehicle deliveries to ensure vehicles are clean, properly prepared, and ready on time.

Explain vehicle features, warranties, maintenance schedules, and available options to customers. Assist with required sales paperwork and registration documentation. Introduce customers to the service department and help them feel confident about their purchase. Follow dealership policies, procedures, and applicable state regulations.

Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
