WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities A professional, positive attitude and a team-player mindset The ability to explain vehicle repairs, maintenance recommendations, and estimates clearly Subaru experience preferred Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our service department.

Your goal is to make every service visit smooth, transparent, and exceptional. Greet customers and coordinate service appointments. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Review vehicle history and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs. Prepare and explain repair estimates, pricing, and service recommendations.

Obtain customer authorization before repairs are performed. Keep customers informed about repair progress, costs, and completion times. Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure efficient workflow. Review completed repairs and help ensure customer concerns are resolved. Build trust, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver outstanding service.
