That could mean driving a guest to the mountain, helping to clear snow, or participating in a brainstorming session. The Role As an Elevate Snowsports Instructor, you'll teach skiing or snowboarding lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels.

You'll help students improve their skills and confidence on the slopes. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality lessons tailored to each guest's individual needs and learning goals. Choose the most suitable part of the mountain for guests, considering their ability, learning aspirations, weather, and crowd levels. Maximize guests' experience on the hill, helping them make the most of every minute. Prioritize the safety and well-being of each participant under your supervision (Duty of Care).

Adapt lessons to suit changing conditions and individual guest progress. Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for guests during their lessons. Key Qualities Certification in skiing or snowboarding instruction. (Minimum level 2 or crossover level

1. Experience teaching winter sports to individuals or groups. Strong interpersonal and teaching skills. Patience and the ability to motivate students. Must hold a valid Japanese driving license or be able to obtain an International Driving Permit. First aid and CPR certification preferred.
