Description Buck & Rider is looking for a Pantry Chef to join our elite culinary team! Buck & Rider is a Steak & Seafood Eatery and Oyster Bar. Day in the Life: Responsible for preparing and plating cold food items with precision Salads, Raw Bar items, chilled appetizers, garnishes, and desserts. Keen eye for plating and presentation Professional appearance and strong communication skills 1+ years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant environment Punctual, reliable, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs Requirements Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions, measurements, etc.
