Position Overview

A great day on the mountain starts with the right gear. As a Rental Shop Technician at Cooper Spur Ski Area, part of Mt. Hood Meadows, you’ll help guests get properly fitted and ready to hit the slopes with equipment that’s comfortable, appropriate, and ready to go. You’ll provide friendly, efficient service while fitting guests with ski and snowboard boots, equipment, and helmets.

You’ll help ensure rental paperwork is complete, equipment is properly fitted and adjusted, and guests feel comfortable and confident before heading out. You’ll also prepare equipment for groups and online reservations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist guests with basic resort information. This hands-on, guest-facing position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced winter environment.
