Department Leader, Growth Marketing

The Growth Marketing Department Leader is responsible for leading a high-performing marketing organization focused on driving growth for Edward Jones Financial Advisors through personalized, advisor-focused marketing strategies and services. This role develops and executes integrated growth marketing initiatives that connect prospects and clients with Edward Jones across digital and traditional channels.

As a strategic leader and trusted advisor, the Department Leader partners with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Experience, and business segments to deliver innovative marketing solutions that strengthen advisor practices, deepen client relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes. The role combines strategic leadership, client service excellence, marketing expertise, and talent development to ensure the delivery of impactful marketing programs at scale.

Lead advisor-focused growth marketing programs that drive client acquisition, engagement, and business growth. Develop and execute integrated omni-channel marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. Serve as a strategic advisor to Financial Advisors and business leaders, delivering customized marketing solutions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with firm objectives and client needs. Drive growth across key client segments, including Core, High Net Worth, and Workplace audiences. Use data and performance insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize business impact. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
