MIG/MAG Welder

As a MIG/MAG Welder, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling thin platework components. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in MIG/MAG welding, proficiency in grinding, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

1. Welding:

• Perform MIG/MAG welding on thin platework to meet project specifications.
• Ensure welds conform to quality standards, including visual inspections and testing.

1. Grinding and Finishing:

• Conduct grinding and finishing processes to achieve smooth and polished surfaces on welded components.
• Maintain the highest standards of surface preparation and finishing for completed products.

1. Assembly:

• Assist in the assembly of fabricated components, ensuring accurate alignment and proper fit.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless integration of welded parts into final assemblies.

1. Reading Technical Drawings:

• Interpret and follow technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Translate engineering specifications into precise welding and assembly tasks.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during welding, grinding, and assembly activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Wymagania Proven experience as a MIG/MAG Welder, with the ability to weld thin platework. Proficient in grinding and finishing techniques to achieve high-quality results. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing flawless welds and assemblies. Familiarity with various welding materials and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Being able to provide photos of previous completed work is also a plus. Strong communication skills in English, B1. Driver’s license. Świadczenia The employer will provide a welding helmet with air supply to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment. Wage ranges between 600-650 Euro weekly depending on experience. Accommodation type will be single room or studio. (already paid) Work will be around Rotterdam. Normal day shifts, if different, you will be notified before coming to the Netherlands.
