Job description
Position Summary
Provide Tier I/II desktop operating systems and application support to end user base. Monitor help desk phone, email, and support ticketing system to receive, record and resolve issues.
Essential Functions
Supporting the COPT Service Center with ticket management, endpoint management/imaging systems, and Tier 1 support to end users. Support the network engineers in basic network administration tasks (we have an ongoing network redesign project underway). Secondary Responsibilities: Other job-related duties as assigned. Assist in Asset Management of IT equipment.
Qualifications
Rising junior or senior majoring in a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn company specific software. Strong analytical, technical Pay: $18.00 per hour.
