You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will be required to undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by your supervisor. The ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude, pleasant personality, and strong team spirit, being able to provide efficient administrative support to the department while adapting to constant change and challenges.

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support for departmental activities Coordinate meetings, training, and stakeholder engagements Manage departmental records, documentation, and correspondence Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate service delivery Coordination of conferences and training programmes Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives Requirements: Competency Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others Good communication and interpersonal skills Meticulous, team player with a can-do attitude Educational and Professional Requirements Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels with at least 3 years of related experience preferred About IMH: The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore, established in 1928, is a premier 2,000-bed psychiatric hospital nestled in Buangkok Green Medical Park, providing comprehensive mental health services across 50 inpatient wards and 7 outpatient clinics, while also playing a pivotal role in training the next generation of mental health professionals through the NHG-AHPL Residency Programme and collaborations with local academic institutions.
