Overview

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be part of our frontline team, playing an important role in creating a positive and seamless experience for our patients and caregivers. You will support various patient service and administrative functions while working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, compassionate and patient-centred service to patients and caregivers. Manage patient registration, appointments and other visit-related arrangements. Process payments and assist patients with financial counselling and related enquiries. Maintain and manage patients' medical records accurately while ensuring confidentiality.

Support doctors and the clinical team during patient consultations and medical reviews. Perform administrative and operational duties to support the smooth and efficient running of the clinic. Attend to patient enquiries and provide appropriate assistance where required. Work closely with team members and healthcare professionals to deliver a positive patient experience.

Requirements

Diploma in any discipline, GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' Level, Higher NITEC in Business Studies, or NITEC in Service Skills. Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude towards service.
