Maintenance & Repair Hub Specialist

Tasks and responsibilities § Evaluate repair documents in MARS and ensure estimation and repair performance according to company standards. § Lead and supervise the Team of M&R Hub Senior Coordinators. § Conduct regular M&R inspections of repair shops in depots (onsite), including pre-repair and post-repair inspections of selected containers .

§ Perform M&R audits (minimum yearly) of each repair facility, including costs analysis, M&R general framework, and quality assurance of materials and repairs. § Provide inspection and audit information to the support center for consolidation and preparation of analysis, reports and filing. § Supervise/coordinate on/off-hire inspection for leased equipment § Review M&R reports and analysis provided by support center （SC） and plan targeted inspections and audits.

Requirements

for the role § IICL Reefer & Dry Van Container Inspection Certification Examination or sufficient technical knowledge confirmed by the Regional M&R Senior Manager, acquired through experience § Strong technical skills, repairs, spare parts, and hands-on problem-solving personality § Very good knowledge of the features of all types of containers, including Reefer units § Very good knowledge of the different Inspection Standards (cargo worthy, IICL, UCIRC...)

§ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect, coach and collaborate with depot staff § Ability to work independently and as part of a team § Good communication and reporting skills. § Fluent in local language and good business English written & spoken. § Proficiency in using M&R Systems, repair coding systems § Driver's license, willing to frequently travel within HUB geography
