Principal Experience Strategist

Serves as the primary designer on Datavail's design services and Design Sprint engagements. Plans and runs user research, maps current and future state journeys, designs and prototypes the solution, and tests it with users. Facilitates discovery workshops and Design Sprints using Datavail's DRIVE workshop framework, and helps train others to run it.

Works with delivery teams on the backlog and validates usability and business outcomes in production. Maintains the practice's design methods and templates. Individual contributor, 100% billable. Requires 7-10 years in experience design.
