Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Siebel CRM/POS System Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve application issues within SLA targets. Monitor application health, integrations, workflows, and batch processes. Support releases, deployments, testing, and production validation activities.

Coordinate with business users, service desk, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve issues. Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements. Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems, eCommerce platforms, and POS solutions.
