Retail Growth Manager

We are seeking a Retail Growth Manager who will lead the development and execution of retail growth strategies and initiatives that strengthen WCLC's retail network, expand player access, and support sustainable sales growth across all jurisdictions. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing new distribution opportunities, strategic partnerships, retailer development programs, and go-to-market initiatives that enhance both the player and retailer experience. Working closely with provincial and territorial stakeholders, Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC), retailers, technology teams, and internal teams, the Retail Growth Manager ensures growth initiatives are player-centric, operationally viable, and aligned with WCLC's long-term retail strategy.
