Clinic Customer Service Lead

The Customer Service Lead supports the Clinic Manager in coordinating daily clinic operations, promoting efficient patient flow, and ensuring consistent customer service. This role provides training and guidance to team members across prior authorizations, reception, patient rooming, and social media responsibilities.

The lead also performs these duties directly as needed to maintain staffing coverage, support patient care, and meet departmental needs. Additional responsibilities include assisting with workflow coordination, delegating tasks, and helping ensure a positive patient experience across both the Salina Regional Pain and Esthetic Clinic.
